Festering in the detritus beneath some forsaken city a brood of unspeakable things worships that which brough them into terrible existence. Who knows what things squirm and lurk in the fertile dark beneath worlds oldest cities? Last year a video was posted online of some unknown organism found in the sewers beneath a city in eastern europe that had experts baffled. Go check it out.
lyrics
those soil that hunger
those in the dark that scream
the rot beneath the earth
supplication to the obscene
those pallid reaching tendrils
that pale convulsing flesh
lipless mouth gaping wide
caught by those
ever staring eyes of death
can you feel them
burrowing
beneath your feet
in dark
deep beneath
these cursed streets
children of the darkness breed
born in the warm wet soil
soft with the blood of the week
deep down in secret temples
warm and dark
see the ancient nemesis rise
can hear them
writhing
wet bodies coiled in forbidden
rapture
they worship forgotten gods
vile rituals beneath the earth
the mother of perpetual darkness
gives birth to abominations
pallid children dance at her feet
to the throb of a sickly green light
as the climax of the ritual approaches
the swarming progeny convulse in supplication
her gaping birth wound opens wide
and from it swarm the seeds of desolation.

There's something charming about bands that don't give a shit what you like and just do their own thing. Is it death metal? Grind? Tech hardcore? Who the fuck knows? It's fun though. Ghuughra

Early Ulcerate has a different vibe compared to Everything is Fire and beyond. Leaning more towards brutality than crushing dissonant atmosphere but the foundations of their later sound are definitely heard on these songs. And man, do they go hard. Jacob Ballance
